CCC made a clone and put it on my MBP hard drive, rather than on my external hard drive. How do I find it and remove it. I have subsequently made an external clone.

Hi Steve:
I don't see any indication that that happened. The first backup task I see in your log indicates the disk usage on your "Macintosh HD" volume as 327.86 GB. Of that data, CCC copied 288.70 GB (The remainder is virtual memory files and Trash, which CCC excludes by default). The disk usage on that source volume is the same in the next task.
What I am seeing, however, is a conflict on the destination volume. You backed up both your startup disk and the Boot camp partition to the same backup volume, and this resulted in some data getting archived by the next task and then recopied by the task after that. You'll find the extra data in the _CCC Archives folder on the destination volume, you can simply drag that folder to the Trash and empty the Trash to reclaim the disk space. This section of the documentation shows how to set up these two tasks to coexist peacefully:
I want to back up my startup disk and a data volume to the same backup disk
Mike
