There are two things that could be happening here: you either
have a corrupted Entourage database, or your destination is
improperly formatted. I think it's the latter, that "Elements"
volume is your backup volume, correct? If it is, then your backup
volume needs to be reformatted using a Mac-specific format so it
can accommodate files larger than 4GB. This section of CCC's
documentation explains how to do that:
