Using CCC to copy System to another disk

I installed a SSD drive in my Macbook in plac of the dvd drive. I want to clone the system and use the SSD as my startup disk. I'm having trouble knowing what files I need to copy over.

    If you exclude system files, CCC will warn you. You probably want to copy everything except for the contents of your home folder, though, at least that's what most people do. So leave everything checked, then navigate into Users > yourname and uncheck the bulky items that you want to leave on the HDD.
