I use Aperture with managed library (ca 270GB). Can CCC make incremental backups of such package? I do not want to use vault because I want to have identical copies of the library on 2 different computers.

Yes, CCC can do incremental backups of that library. Synchronizing 270GB of data from one locally-attached hard drive to another locally-attached hard drive is pretty easy and straightforward. If you're planning to copy data across the network, though, things get a little bit more complicated. If you use CCC's option to back up to a Remote Macintosh (e.g. choose "Remote Macintosh" from the Destination menu -- http://help.bombich.com/kb/dmg-and-remote/using-carbon-copy-cloner-...), CCC can do the transfer pretty quickly and efficiently. If you opt for copying the files to a network volume shared via File Sharing, though, the transfer will be quite a bit slower, even for daily incrementals.

I should also point out that CCC won't do a two-way sync, it will only copy files in one direction. If you're planning to do work on both Macs and keep the libraries updated with changes on both ends, CCC isn't the right product for that. If your second Mac is strictly a backup Mac, then a one-way backup of the data is appropriate.
